Founder and Chairman of Unlocking Potential
We are excited to announce that Carly Fiorina, Chairman and CEO, Hewlett-Packard Company (1999-2005), Best-Selling Author and 2016 United States Presidential Candidate, will be joining us this year at Live2Lead as keynote speaker.
One of the most high-profile business leaders in the world, Carly Fiorina passionately believes in the power of people to transform organizations and change the world.
When Carly Fiorina took over the helm as CEO of Hewlett-Packard, the technology industry was in its deepest downturn in 25 years. With a mandate to transform this complacent firm, Fiorina, through her visionary leadership—inspiring others to see a different future—and the gutsy acquisition of Compaq Computer Corporation, doubled revenues, achieved the highest rate of innovation in company history and set the stage for Hewlett-Packard to become the world’s first $100B technology company. Drawing from these trailblazing experiences at Hewlett-Packard and her celebrated career at AT&T and Lucent Technologies, Fiorina will share her unparalleled wisdom on how leaders and organizations must adapt to change in a world of transition and stand up to conventional wisdom in order to shape the future and change the world. Called “The Most Powerful Woman in Business” by FORTUNE magazine—and the first woman to lead a Fortune 20 company—Fiorina’s best-selling memoir, Tough Choices, has been translated into 12 languages. In 2015, she announced she would seek the Republican nomination for President of the United States, capturing national attention for her platform of citizen government.

Tyler Perry Studios (TPS) was formed by actor and filmmaker Tyler Perry, and develops and produces motion picture films, in addition to drama and comedy television programming for the multi-platform U.S. television market. TPS' former studio lot was situated on a 200,000 square foot former Delta Airlines campus of over 60 acres in the Greenbriar area of southwest Atlanta. During the course of its operation, the space was home to production of 10 films and over 700 episodes of Perry's five television series. In 2015, TPS expanded operations with the acquisition of Fort McPherson, a former army base, which sits on over 330 acres minutes from downtown Atlanta. Perry and the studio's Georgia-based employees are in production of Perry's current television series and feature films, in addition to providing state of the art facilities and services to major feature films and television shows filming in Atlanta. Production is already underway at the new studio, which will contain twelve sound stages ranging in size between 10,000 and 60,000 square feet.
